Happy New Year dear Readers! Thank you for all your support, and hello 2017! I’m looking forward to the year ahead for our blog; lots of writing, perhaps some vlogging (video blogging) and a new look for the blog too…

 It passed us by with a whisper but back in October we celebrated 3 years as full time live aboards. The yearning to sail away on an adventure is growing within us, especially now with the cold, snow and ice upon us. Thoughts of navigation fill my mind, to the point I can almost smell the salty air of the ocean. We don’t plan on being tied to the dock forever so it’s time to get going on those boat projects.
